Today we went to visit Central Medical Christian Hospital. Dr. Gerhart donated 2 huge bags of Medicine to them. We toured the facility that is still being constructed. Dr Gerhart spoke with the surgeon to find out what kind of equipment is needed for the hospital to try to arrange to have some of it donated. We also toured the IBS bible school facility. We met with Pastor Zongo who is having a womens ministry center there. We were greated by many children who were very happy to meet with us. I hope to post some video tonight but it is very difficult because of the power here. I only have one voltage converter and lot's of batteries to charge as well as keep my laptop running, plus the internet connection isn't the greatest.
Wow!! That is awesome!! It really puts things into perspective when my biggest challenge is getting the children to finish their homework and my biggest saddness is watching Tony Dungy's retirement press conference. (I am sure he will cry - I will try not to cry - If I do, you won't know...)
